Producers of a wide range of high-quality wines and cavas from grapes sourced exclusively from their five estates, which are spread out on a variety of soils with different climates and at different altitudes ranging from 170 to 800 meters above sea level and only 10 km from the sea.
The vineyards at Parés Baltà are cultivated in an environmentally friendly manner, and from 2011, they began applying biodynamic farming to their vineyards, working with biodynamic preparations and homeopathic remedies, resulting in high fertility and naturally pest control. All their wines are fully certified organic, and the vineyard as biodynamic.
