We’re looking for part-time team members who are curious, friendly, and excited about wine and hospitality—no need to be an expert, just bring a great attitude and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Neighborhood Cellar team, you’ll help guests find their next favorite wine—whether that’s a quick glass, a curated flight, or a bottle to take home.

This is a fast-moving, guest-facing role. You’ll be pouring, serving, talking wine, and keeping the energy up all at once. We’re big on genuine hospitality—being welcoming, engaging, and making people feel like regulars even on their first visit.

If you’re someone who can stay sharp, move with purpose, and handle a busy room without losing your cool, you’ll fit right in.

What We’re Looking For

• Available nights and weekends

• Experience in restaurants, bars, or wine retail is a plus (but not required)

• Comfortable being on your feet for up to 8 hours

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs (a case of wine)

• Basic wine knowledge or strong interest in learning

• TABC certified (or willing to get certified)

• 21+

• Must be able to taste wine as part of the role
