You can practically hear the minerality screaming in this wine, with smoky notes, BBQ pears, apricot pits and a prickly acidity. Crisp green apples are balance by a creaminess from malo and the natural richness of Chenin, while the stainless steel allows the explosive acidity to turn the wine up a notch.
