The Revelation Rosé Bubbles was made from Syrah grown on the east side of the estate and harvested early in the 2023 vintage to preserve lively fresh red berry aromas and flavors in the wine. The grapes were whole cluster pressed early in the morning to limit phenolic extraction and then fermented cool with yeast selected to enhance freshness, spiciness, and clean pretty aromatic intensity. The blended wine aged for six months on lees before filtration and bottling.
