Kendra Valentine Bio:

Kendra Valentine was born in the United States but spent her early years in Switzerland. Raised in North Dallas, she started working in kitchens at fifteen through the culinary program at her high school. This led to full-time hire from Hilton. After Hilton, she moved to Texas Spice at the Omni Dallas and she fell in love with butchery. Through friends, Kendra spent a summer studying butchery in Yorkshire, England. After coming back to the states, she worked at a handful of top Dallas restaurants including Casa Rubia, uchi, FT33, and Tapas Castile.
